Born in Vũng Tàu, a coastal province celebrated for its vibrant seafood and stunning beaches, Kim is a locally trained culinary talent. She began her journey with ORYZ in 2023 as a Sous Chef, where her mastery of Asian techniques & culture quickly elevated her to the role of (Asian) Research & Fermentation Chef for ORYZ Lab. 

Bringing a decade of experience from several celebrated and Michelin-listed kitchens in Vietnam, Kim now steps into the role of Head Chef at NÔM, leading the culinary team and overseeing the restaurant’s fermentation lab.
