Hiểu Nhân joined ORYZ in 2023 as part of the opening team. After gaining experience across all kitchen stations, he discovered his true passion in pastry and was promoted to Head Pastry Chef in 2024.
Born into a Northern family with both Vietnamese and Cantonese heritage, Nhân’s diverse cultural background shapes the distinctive dessert style at ORYZ. He now leads a dedicated team of local talents, overseeing the entire pastry development program – from cultural research to recipe development.
