Born into a mixed Taiwanese-Vietnamese family, Anton grew up immersed in multiple cultures. He pursued his studies in New Zealand and graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Certificate in Business & Hospitality Management.
After returning to Vietnam in 2022, he brought with him over six years of international hospitality experience. With WSET certification and qualifications as both a barista and Sommlier, Anton combines technical expertise with business insight and in-depth beverage knowledge to elevate NÔM’s beverage program – from concept creation to development of unique pairings
