Born into a mixed family with both Northern and Southern heritage, Đỗ Như was locally trained at some of Vietnam’s most esteemed culinary establishments, including several industry-leading pioneers. She brings to the team a wealth of operational experience, paired with a deep understanding of Vietnam’s diverse cultural traditions from North to the Central and the South.
Currently, she leads the operations team at NÔM, ensuring seamless coordination between service, kitchen, and guest experience.
